Mental health and the importance of nature

This webinar explores the link between nature and mental wellbeing, sharing simple ways to bring more of the outdoors into your daily routine.

Spending time in nature has been shown to boost mental wellbeing – helping to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance focus. Many of us felt this during the pandemic, when reconnecting with nature became a lifeline, whether through daily walks, listening to birdsong, or simply sitting in green spaces.

But as life has picked up pace again, many of us are spending less time outdoors and missing out on the mental health benefits nature provides.

This webinar explores the powerful link between nature and wellbeing, sharing practical ways to reconnect with the natural world, even in small ways. We’ll also look at how businesses are bringing nature into workplace design to support employee mental health.
