The life of a carer can be complicated, especially if they need to balance their caring responsibilities with the demands of a busy job. And at times carers can struggle to keep all the plates spinning. When there aren’t enough hours in the day, its invariably carers needs that get sacrificed or pushed to one side.  

Yet that helps no one, as the carer needs to be in good shape if they are going to be able to provide high quality care to their dependents. In this webinar we explore different aspects of self- care and identify ways that carers can better prioritise their own needs.
