About the webinar
Before the workday even begins, many parents describe already having done ‘one job’ at home. It’s a constant juggling act – balancing work, family life, and everything in between.
If that wasn’t challenging enough, the strains of the past few years have only increased the risk of parental burnout.
This webinar explores the wellbeing issues parents face across different life stages – from returning to work after parental leave to managing the pressures of raising teenagers and adult children.
We’ll also look at the additional challenges faced by parents of disabled children and highlight the support available to help boost resilience.
